Arcane Echo is good for copying any spell. People don't use it to copy mending because, frankly, that'd be retarded. People use it to copy anything from SS (Spiteful Spirit) to nuking spells (pre-AoE nerf). By copying a skill that you just used it means that you can use it again. Read the skill description thoroughly and you'll see how good it can be.

In my experience people use Echo to ecto Spitefull Spirit and Spellbreaker for full UW clear teams.

Basicly first you cast echo, then you cast a spell such as spell breaker or spitefull spirit, then you get a 2nd spellbreaker or spitefull spirit in place of echo, now you can cast it two times.. so you get double the benefit of damage or in the case of spell breaker you can cast it again on like a 55 monk when fighting 10+ dryers or when in the chaos planes, or in the bone pits etc... basicly allowing you to masicure the enemy with double eletes on one person.

In a 55hp Monk built I use Archane Echo to copy SoJ, or in a 2 man built, I use it to copy Sympathetic Visage, so the Necro can take Rebirth + Vengeance for infinite res.

Arcane echo is for the necros in a 2 person smite run. Necro carries it to have a second spiteful spirit for quicker killing. Then when the smites time come, you use it for Sympathetic Visage. Thats what my guildie uses, the vengence + rebirth combo, can't bring up 25% of 1 health I just equip brohns staff and I will live again Even though she uses the N/MO build, she still kills those smites so damn fast.

Vengeance can bring back a 55hp Monk and gives it 30 seconds to change the armour to get more then 1 health (Usually 8 health with a major rune instead of a sup rune or 33 health when you take off the -50hp icon) and then you can Rebirth it. You really don't have to use Archane Echo on SS imo, with a wand that has 20% recharge on curses and an offhand with 20% recharge you can cast it almost instantly.
